We zijn geregistreerd in Bratislava, Slowakije, en hebben ons geregistreerde kantoor aan de Obchodna Street, Bratislava-Staré Mesto; Bedrijfs-ID:  55091831\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>Wij zijn een in de EU gevestigde online retailer die gespecialiseerd is in op maat gemaakte sieradenproducten. Omara houdt zich aan de 6e anti-witwasrichtlijn (6AMLD) van de EU en het nieuwe AML-pakket (van kracht vanaf juli 2024, met directe toepassingsfasen tot en met 2027), inclusief updates van 2025, zoals de herziene lijst van rechtsgebieden met een hoog risico (juni 2025). Deze regelgeving breidt de reikwijdte uit voor handelaren in luxe goederen zoals wij, met de nadruk op geharmoniseerde AML/CFT-programma's, verbeterde transparantie en risicogebaseerde benaderingen voor edele metalen en stenen (PMS) onder de EU-verordening inzake conflictmineralen (2017/821). Ons beleid vermindert ML/TF-risico's in e-commerce en waarborgt tegelijkertijd een ethische levering uit de VS en de EU.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>We verkopen uitsluitend aan klanten in de EU via kaartbetalingen via Stripe (met de mogelijkheid voor andere EU/VS-betaal gateways) en er wordt geen contant geld geaccepteerd.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>Dit beleid wordt jaarlijks herzien, waarbij de gegevens 5–10 jaar worden bewaard conform 6AMLD.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Ch2>1. Customer Due Diligence en KYC\u003C/h2>\n\n\u003Cp>Omara past een proportioneel, risicogebaseerd CDD/KYC-framework toe in het kader van de richtlijnen voor de luxesector van het AML-pakket, waarbij vereenvoudigde due diligence (SDD) wordt gebruikt voor de meeste EU-transacties met een laag risico en verscherpte due diligence (EDD) voor verhoogde risico's. De maatregelen worden geïntegreerd met de verificatie van de betaal gateways, voltooid bij het afrekenen om te voldoen aan PSD2/6AMLD en tegelijkertijd de verstoring te minimaliseren.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cul>\n\t\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Simplified Due Diligence (SDD) voor klanten met een laag risico (bestellingen onder de € 5.000 van standaard EU-adressen): \u003C/strong>Verifieer basisgegevens van de kassa aan de hand van betaal gateway signalen en controleer op EU-sancties (bijv. Geconsolideerde lijst, bijgewerkte lijst van rechtsgebieden met een hoog risico 2025). Geen extra ID nodig voor routine binnenlandse bestellingen;\u003C/li>\n\t\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) voor klanten met een gemiddeld/hoog risico (bestellingen van € 5.000+, atypische patronen of links naar risicogebieden):\u003C/strong> Verplicht ID-verzoek en adresbewijs van de koper. Maak gebruik van gateway biometrie indien gemarkeerd, plus PEP/ongunstige media screening door Omara. Omara houdt transacties aan in afwachting van 24-uurs goedkeuring.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\n\u003Cp>Lopende jaarlijkse beoordelingen voor terugkerende klanten zijn in overeenstemming met de transparantieregels van het AML-pakket 2025. Als kleine winkel richten we ons op efficiëntie en documenteren we alles voor FIU-audits.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Ch2>2. Criteria voor het weigeren van zakendoen met een klant\u003C/h2>\n\n\u003Cp>Conform 6AMLD en de AML-updates van 2025 weigert Omara klanten met een hoog ML/TF-risico om onze activiteiten te beschermen, waarbij beslissingen van de AML-functionaris (bedrijfseigenaar) worden vastgelegd voor traceerbaarheid. Meldingen vermelden \"compliance review\" en escaleren vermoedens naar de nationale FIU. Tools voor het monitoren van transacties en het melden van verdachte activiteiten\u003C/h2>\n\n\u003Cp>Omara maakt gebruik van ingebouwde AML-tools in onze primaire betaal gateway (Stripe) voor real-time monitoring, die voldoen aan de 6AMLD/AML-pakketeisen zonder stand-alone systemen - geschikt voor onze verkopen met een laag volume. We accepteren alleen kaarten, waardoor contant gerelateerde risico's worden verminderd, en we monitoren op e-commerce-indicatoren zoals snelheid of geo-afwijkingen. Er bestaat integratiemogelijkheid voor de EU/VS-gateways zoals Mollie voor gediversifieerde compliance. SAR's worden alleen ingediend op basis van vermoedens, geen volume drempels, waarbij updates met een hoog risico in 2025 worden geïntegreerd via gateway feeds.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Ch2>4. Geen contante betalingen\u003C/h2>\n\n\u003Cp>Omara accepteert geen contante betalingen voor de goederen van de Klanten. Alle betalingen worden uitsluitend gedaan via de EU/VS-gebaseerde betaal gateways zoals Stripe (momenteel) en Mollie (verwacht). \u003C/p>\n\n\u003Ch2>5. Due diligence op leveranciers\u003C/h2>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Omara heeft een enkele\u003C/strong> en exclusieve in de VS gevestigde leverancier voor de op maat gemaakte sieraden en de in de EU gevestigde leverancier voor de gecertificeerde natuurlijke en in het laboratorium gemaakte diamanten. Alle diamanten worden geleverd met de GIA-certificaten, die als laag risico worden beschouwd onder de EU AML-pakket richtlijnen voor luxe en de US FinCEN PMS-regels.
